The core thesis: autoimmune disease has been treated as dozens of isolated conditions sharing no data, no vocabulary, and no infrastructure. The biology says otherwise — shared genetics, shared mechanisms, shared therapeutic response signals. Three things now converge to make a unified European data layer possible: native clinical tools, the European Health Data Space (EHDS, effective 2029), and AI at sufficient scale.
